So at the end of May what started as a normal ride on the bike became a bit of a unforseen drama, riding up a cycle ramp that does not play well in rain it seems I went down heavily, the result, a hairline fracture of my pelvic bone, a nasty crack of the head and aches and pains everywhere ! so its walking frame and crutches till it all repairs itself.

On target for a return to normal though so taking the time to overhaul my website and lots of admin. !
